Shipping Policy
Your goods will be delivered on a weekday i.e. Monday to Saturday. The delivery date depends on which country the goods are shipped to and which carrier is used.
Goods have to be signed for upon delivery. The person signing for the goods does not necessarily have to be you, although this is dependent on which courier service you use. Anyone at the delivery address (e.g. a family member, a friend, a receptionist, etc.) can sign for delivery with binding effect on you.
Please note that you bear any risk for the goods after delivery. If the packaging looks damaged, you should refuse delivery and contacting us is highly recommended. If you want to complain about any defects or deficiencies, you must inform us.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
If you haven't paid the tax or vat during checkout, Pegor Jewelry is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order during delivery. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes) tax that your country has regulated.
FREE SHIPPING
We provide free shipping service on all orders above 99$ and note that we do not have control on customs and duty tax that your country has regulated.
RETURN SHIPPING
When your return is approved by our administration, simply follow the instructions sent to your email, or else send us an email at support@pegorjewelry.com and you'll receive a shipping label.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, texting or telephone.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses Pegor Jewelry ships to addresses within the U.S.,U.S. Territories, Europe, Middle East and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
DAMAGES
Pegor Jewelry is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us or the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
